Counsel for the petitioner heard.  As per the order passed by the District Forum, it is stated that the vehicle was handed over back to the complainant/respondent and he was directed that after the receipt of vehicle he should pay the outstanding dues after adjusting the amount already paid. The complainant/respondent was directed to pay the remaining outstanding dues.  It is stated that after the receipt of the vehicle, the complainant/respondent did not pay the remaining outstanding dues. 

The Revision Petition is disposed of but the liberty is given to the petitioner to seize the vehicle as per Law and the State Commission order stands accordingly modified.
