ORDER

An Application being MA/156/2023 seeking release of amount has been filed by the Appellant. The First Appeal No.1898/2018 has been disposed of in terms of settlement vide Order dated 20.03.2023. Therefore, the Application is allowed. The Registry is directed to release the Statutory amount deposited by the Appellant at the time of filing of the Appeal to the Appellant along with accrued interest, if any, within four weeks from today.
