Appellant and advocate absent when the matter is taken up for  physical hearing.  Record shows that  the  appeal was filed  in the year 2019 but no steps  were taken  though  ample  opportunities were granted. Today  also  appellant  remained absent and  has not complied  with the order passed. No  further time can be granted.  Appeal is therefore dismissed  in default  for want of necessary  steps.
