Final Order / Judgement

          The matter is put up in National Lok Adalat today.                                      

          Learned counsel on behalf of appellant is present. He submitted that he is ready to comply the impugned order if the compensation amount as orderd to be paid to the complainant can be waived/ reduced.

        In view of above and in the sprit of lok Adalat the payment of compensation & cost of Rs.3000/- is waived out but rest of impugned order be carried out within 30 days.

         Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
