The petitioner has left the pairvi in the case since long. on 30.10.15 the petitioner was directed to do proper pairvi in the case otherwise order shall be passed but she could not appeared or filed attendance. Even before the Bench of National Lok Adalat the petitioner could not appear.

                                               The opposite party has filed the attendance today.

The aforesaid act of petitioner show that she has got no interest in the case now which is being dismissed for default.
