The matter is placed before the Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for appeallant in appeals are present alongwith representative of M/s. Symphony Ltd..

They filed the affidavit stating that during pendency of the appeal they have amicably settled the matter and finally complainant received Rs.79,000/-. In support of payment they have produced the banker’s cheque.

In view of the affidavit filed today,  they do not want to proceed with the appeal.

Hence, the appeals are disposed of as not pressed.
