Today Ld. Adv. for complainant present and file Bank Passbook Xerox copy showing receipt of Rs. 15,015/- being credited in complainant’s A/c.  Ld. Adv. for opposite party stated that this being on different departments co-ordination is required the amount is deposited at the earliest date and also agreed to allow the complaint with cost Rs.2,000/- for Legal Expenses fairly.  We allow this complaint as settled and only Rs. 2,000/- (Two Thousand only) to be paid to complainant by Opposite Party NO. 1.  Opposite Party No. 2 & 3 are discharged from the complaint.  File is Dispossed off as view of above order & direction to Opp. Party No. 1 only.
