ORDER

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Ghanshyam Dass Verma, Public Relation Inspector, General Post Office, Sector 17, Chandigarh, on behalf of OP has stated that a regret letter in the present matter will be given by the Senior Post Master, General Post Office, Chandigarh, to the complainant within a week. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Harminder Singh, Complainant has stated that in view of the aforesaid statement made by Sh.Ghanshyam Dass Verma, Public Relation Inspector of OP, he withdraws the present complaint and he intend no compensation/litigation costs from the OP. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. However, parties shall remain bound by their undertakings.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
