            None is present for the appellant.  Perusal of record & proceedings of the appeal  shows that  this  Commission  issued  notice dated 26/10/2015 to the appellant by Registered Post A.D.  on 31/10/2015 on  his same address given  in the appeal memo. This Commission received acknowledgement  about service of notice to the appellant. The appellant  failed to appear on last two dates i.e on 12/01/2016 and 23/02/2016 despite  service of notice. Therefore on 23/02/2016 the appeal came to be adjourned  till this date for appropriate order. As the appellant failed  to appear  on last two dates and today also for hearing,  the appeal is dismissed in default.
