Today is fixed for filing W.V by OP No. 1 and 2.

The Complainant files petition to withdraw the said case No. 40/2021.

            Heard the Ld. Advocate. The complainant is also examined on dock.

            The complainant is not willing to proceed the case and he has no grievance against the OP side.

            We find that the parties have amicably settled the case and terms of settlement are valid, legal and excepted.

            We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    that the CC case No. 40/2021 be and the same is disposed on settlement. No costs. Accordingly disposed of.

            Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
