The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant is present by filing hajira.  The OP is also present by filing a petition through Ld. Lawyer on the ground stated therein.

            Today is fixed for hearing argument.

            At this stage, the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition praying for dropping the case as he has received full payment from the OP with full satisfaction and he does not want to proceed with his case further.

            Perused the petition.  Considered.  Heard the complainant.

            The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant has submitted before the Forum that he has received full payment from the OP with full satisfaction and he wants to drop the case with full satisfaction. 

            However, after hearing the Ld. Lawyers for both the parties and also after perusal of the petitions as well as the original case record, the Forum is of the view that the instant case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Hence, it is

            that the instant case be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction as per prayer of the complainant.

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
