ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 12.9.2024, the complainant stated separately that as per settlement he has received an amount of Rs.10,000/- from the OPs, which is towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint and therefore he withdraw the present complaint and it be disposed in the National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

          In view of the statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully settled.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
