 Present:   Shri M.L.Bhola, counsel for complainant.

         

          Today the case was fixed for consideration on admissibility of the complaint. Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh. He further requested that certified copies of the documents which have placed on record may kindly be returned to him.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. Concerned Clerk is directed to return the certified copies of the documents from the file and placed on record photocopies of the same. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
