Statement of Sh.Jarnail Singh Son of Sh.Sham Singh, Special Attorney of the Complainant along with his Counsel recorded that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he withdraw the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same of action in the Hon'ble State Commission. The Original documents may be returned to the Attorney of the Complainant.

In view of the statement suffered by Sh.Jarnail Singh, Attorney of Complainant along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the Complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the Hon'ble State Commission. The Original documents, if any, be returned to Attorney of Complainant. File be consigned to the record room.
