Ld. Lawyer of the complainant files a petition praying to withdraw the case the reasons of which stated in the aforesaid petition.

Considering the above petition, we are of the view that the case be withdrawn pursuant to the aforesaid petition, with a liberty to the complainant to agitate the matter on the self same cause of action before this Forum.
