File taken up today, i.e. on 14.09.2024 in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Complainant recorded to the effect that OPs have deposited an amount of Rs.1,35,000/- in his bank account and now nothing remains due against the OPs. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
