None for the Decree-Holder-complainant.

                   Today the case was fixed for placing on record the order passed by Hon’ble National Companies Law Tribunal (NCLT). Again none has put in appearance on behalf of the Decree-Holder-complainant, despite the fact that the case called thrice today. Record reveals that the present case has been fixed for the same purpose for the last five dates of hearing.

                   It also reveals that the present execution application has been filed in the year, 2018 and after 17^th November, 2021 none has bothered to apepar on behalf of decree Holder- complainant, neither any representative nor any counsel, which shows that decree Holder- complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present execution application. Hence, the present execution application stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
