On 20/07, when we heard the counsel for the complainant regarding admission of this complaint.  We raised certain objection with regard to the maintainability of the complaint.   At that stage, learned counsel representing the complainant submitted that he will withdraw the complaint on next date of hearing.  On that request, he was given time till 25/07/2011.  On which date, neither the complainant nor his counsel turned up.   To afford them one more opportunity, the case is posted today, even this day also none to represent.   Therefore, we find that complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case.   Therefore, it is dismissed for non-prosecution at the stage of admission.
