The statements dated 10.02.2023 made by the parties shall be deemed to be a part of this award and the parties shall be bound by the same. Statement of Sh.Arvinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia, Counsel for OPs.

 

 

Stated that the matter has been settled between the parties with the term that OPs will replace one Jean in question with brand new one and refund the invoice amount of second Jean in question through cheque on or before 25.02.2023 failing which the OPs shall be liable to refund the invoice amount of both the Jeans alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from the date of filing of present consumer complaint.
