Counsel for opposite party No.1 suffered a statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund Rs.47,870/- alongwith Rs.3300/- as compensation to the complainant within 30 days from today, failing which opposite party No.1 will be liable to pay interest @ 12% per annum on the amount payable to the complainant after the expiry of 30 days. Counsel for complainant has accepted this offer. Therefore, the complaint stands disposed off in terms of statements of parties. Opposite party No.1 shall remain bound by its statement. File be consigned to the record room.
