ORDER

                    The matter has been compromised between the parties.

                   The ld.Counsel for OP has handed over a demand draft of Rs.5000/- to the ld.Counsel for complainant alongwith two Paytm Wallet Coupons valid till 30.6.2019 towards the settlement arrived at. Accordingly, the ld.Counsel for complainant withdraws the present complaint by putting a note on the index of the compliant itself.  

                   In view of the above, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  It is made clear that in case the Paytm Wallet Coupons, so delivered to the complainant today, are not redeemed by OPs within the validity period, if so applied by complainant, then they shall be liable to pay the cash amount thereof, along within interest @12% p.a. from the date of this order till realization, and complainant shall be at liberty to file execution application.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of charge and file be consigned to record room.
