Neither the complainant is present nor file any show cause in terms of the order dt. 18.09.2018. On scrutiny of the record, We find that complainant is absent in the Forum Since 21.12.2017. Therefore, We are of the view that the complainant is not willing to proceed the case any further.

Accordingly, the complaint is liable to be dismissed.
