In deference to our order, dated 29.04.2016, Mr. Sanjeev Jain, Chief Executive Officer – Cum – Managing Director of the Appellant Company is present in person.  While expressing regrets for the default committed by the Company in not ensuring that the cheques issued to the Complainants were duly honoured on presentation, he has assured us that such default shall not be repeated by the Company in future.

               The Complainants in both the cases are present in person and state that they have received full amounts in terms of the settlement.  They state that in view of the regrets expressed by the CMD, the matters may be closed.  It is ordered accordingly.
