The complaint was filed under section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party is absent and has no representation from their side.

The Notice was sent to the complainant on 23.01.2023 and is seen served on 28.01.2023 as per the proof of delivery of the Postal Department.  The complainant is continuously absent since 30.12.20. Hence the commission has issued the notice to the complainant to appear and adduce evidence if any. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today.  So many chances were given to the complainant to adduce evidence. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.

Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
