Counsel for the petitioner under instructions states that the entire amount as per the order of the State Commission has been deposited with the State Commission and though the order is not supported by the evidence and material produced on record, however, petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition if the said order passed by the State Commission does not constitute a precedent. We dismiss the revision petition as withdrawn with the above observations.
