This complaint was ordered to be listed in due course by order dated 23.8.2012.  Counsel for the appellant seeks early hearing of the case on the ground that similar cases have already been decided and concluded by the order of this Commission in M/s Parsvnath Developers Ltd.  vs.  Vinod Kathuria  and others  – Revision Petition No.396/2011 and other connected cases decided on 5.3.2013. 

        Notice to the complainant be issued for 24th September 2013 for final disposal of the complaint.
