Learned counsel for the respondents has filed M.A. No. 600 of 2016 for clarification in the order.  Learned counsel for the respondents withdraws this application.  In such circumstances aforesaid M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate application, as and when cause of action arises.
