Learned counsel for the complainant heard at length. He submits that he will file this case before the appropriate forum. He further submits that he will approach the State Commission. Consequently we permit him to withdraw this case. The case is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. However, he is given liberty to get the relief from the appropriate forum.
