Appellant Mr.Manoj Agrawal has appeared alongwith advocate Mr.C.D.Bokade and has filed one application for permission to withdraw the appeal. We have perused the application wherein appellant has contended that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and so appellant does not wish to pursue the appeal. Application is duly signed by the appellant Mr.Manoj Agrawal as well as advocate for the appellant. In view of the application filed by the appellant, permission is granted to withdraw the appeal and so appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
