                     Union of India and another V/s Paltan Beldar

Present application has been moved by learned Counsel on behalf of appellant in Appeal No. 822 of 2009 Union of India and another V/s Paltan Beldar for refund of Rs.3,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of judgment and order dated 08-03-2017 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been dismissed. 

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
