          Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and now the complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
