Both parties present, files a joint memo stating that the complainant has agreed to receive and OPPOSITE PARTY has agreed to pay in all Rs.94,500/- in 10 monthly installment of Rs.9,450/- commencing from 10th July 2022.  Complainant submits that he has received July 2022 installment in terms of the Joint Memo the complaint is allowed and OPPOSITE PARTY is directed to pay the remaining nine installment as agreed.
