This appeal is directed against the order dt.4.11.2011 of the District Forum-II at Tirupathi, Chittoor Dist. made in C.C.No.94/2010.

         and threatening him unnecessarily.       

          

          

       

         

Resisting the complaint, the opposite parties filed written version denying the material allegations made in the complaint and contended that the complainant      

 

The opposite parties further contended that the said amount of Rs.28,422/-
