Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that as a matter of goodwill gesture, the petitioner does not want to agitate this matter further or to press the petition. He further submits that the petitioner is willing to comply with the Orders passed by the fora below. Learned counsel also requests that this case may not be treated as a precedent and the questions of law involved in the matter may be kept open.

2.   In wake of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being not pressed. The Order is not being passed on merits, therefore, the same shall not be treated as a precedent and the questions of law, if any, involved in the mater, shall be kept open.

3.   The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
