          This Revision has been filed mainly on the ground that the District Forum-II, Hyderabad is not proceeding to hear and dispose of I.A.No.64/2018 filed by the Petitioner in EA.No.50/2016, but instead proceeding with the enquiry in EA.No.50/2016 filed by the Respondent herein against the Petitioner.

          When the orders of the Forum in C.C.No.809/2013 were not complied with, the Respondent herein filed EA.No.50/2016 contending that the order of the Forum has been complied with in toto. The Petitioner/Opposite Party preferred and filed IA.No.64/2018 for declaring that the Petitioner/Opposite Party has complied with the orders and accordingly to close the execution application.

          During the course of hearing, it is submitted that if a direction is given to the Forum to dispose of IA.No.64/2018 before taking up enquiry in EA.No.50/2016,  that will serve the purpose for which the Respondent has no objection.

          In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, the Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned District Forum-II, Hyderabad to consider and dispose of IA.No.64/2018 on merits within two months before taking up the enquiry in the main execution application.

          It is further made clear that till the disposal of IA.No.64/2018, the Forum shall not take any coercive steps such as summoning the officials of the Petitioner/Opposite Party for evidence or otherwise.
