ORDER

Petitioner in R.P. No. 2062-2063 of 2010 has filed an application for withdrawal, since the matter has been settled out of court. Further, learned counsel for the petitioners in R.P. No. 1120 of 2010 and R.P. Nos.2606-2607 of 2010 states that petitioners in these cases want to withdraw these petitions. In view of the application for withdrawal filed by Petitioner, in R.P. No. 2062-2063 of 2010 and in view of the statement given by the counsels in R.P. No. 1120 of 2010 and R.P. Nos.2606-2607 of 2010, all these petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
