Counsel for the Petitioner and proxy counsel for the Respondent present. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an application for withdrawal of the revisions. She further states that the Petitioner has deposited various amounts with the District Forum as also in this Commission. The said amount be adjusted against the amount payable to the Complainant under the impugned order. If there is any balance after adjustment, the same be paid to the Petitioner. However, if after adjustment, something is more payable by the Petitioner to the Complainant, the Petitioner shall pay the same to the Complainants. The revisions stand disposed of in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
