Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite parties also absent, no representation. The counsel for the complainant filed a withdrawal memo before the Commission on 20/07/2023.

The complainant’s counsel informed the Commission that there had been no communication with the complainant side for several years. The counsel received information that the complainant had passed away. Additionally complainant’s wife and only daughter had also relocated from their previous residence. Due to these circumstances, the complainant’s counsel expressed his inability to proceed with the case further. He believed it is appropriate to close the case, considering the complainant’s demise. Hence, this complaint is dismissed. No cost.
