Complainant   is absent   without   any step.   The   case  has   fixed   for    service report.   It is   seen from      the record   that   complainant    was   absent   on several    dates   in the   last year     as well as   in this   year.  We are   of the   view   that    complainant   is not    interested    to   proceed   with   his case , hence, the case    is dismissed   for default.
