Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite party No.1 to 3 represented. The counsel for the complainant is also absent. The complainant has produced only 2 documents along with the complaint, out of which one document is only a photocopy. Even if both the documents are accepted in evidence it is not sufficient to prove the case alleged against opposite party No.1 to3. Though sufficient opportunity was granted neither the complainant nor his counsel turning up and adducing evidence. Hence it is clear that there is absolutely no evidence to prove the case of the complainant.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
No costs.
