Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant and payment of cost and evidence.

All the contesting O.Ps. have filed separate haziras. No step taken by the complainant.

On repeated calls none is present on behalf of complainant.

Record shows that for adducing evidence, the complainant has taken several adjournments and on 26.05.2015 as per prayer of the complainant adjournment was allowed subject to payment of cost and thereafter to consecutive dates were also elapsed but the complainant failed to comply the order of this Forum.

From the conduct of the complainant it shows that the complainant has lost his interest in this case. Hence there is no alternative but to dismiss this case.

Thus the case being No. CC - 40/2014 is disposed of, for non-prosecution.      

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
