It is stated by learned counsel for the respondent that there is no objection if impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside and

the present petition is allowed and the matter is remanded back to the State Commission for its fresh decision after hearing both the parties.

In view of the above statement given by the learned counsel for the respondent, the impugned order passed by the State Commission is set aside and the present petition stand allowed. Accordingly, matter is remanded back to the State Commission to decide the case afresh, in accordance with provisions of law after hearing both the parties.

         The State Commission shall make an endeavour to decide the appeal, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

          Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 19.12.2014.

          With these observations, present revision petition stand disposed of.
