Heard the Petitioner, who is appearing in person and perused the impugned order dated 4.5.2018 passed by the M.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bhopal (for short “the State Commission”) in F.A. No.671/2017, whereby the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner had been dismissed.  The State Commission has recorded that the fee, which was charged from the Petitioner was as per rules and regulations of the Institute and as per instructions of the State Government/Regulatory Committee for fee fixation.  The Petitioner has produced before us a copy of the fee structure dated 12.10.2010, issued by the Respondent Institute wherein it has been specifically mentioned that the estimate is provisional and therefore, the Petitioner cannot get any advantage or benefit from the fee structure dated 12.10.2010 issued by the Respondents.  In our considered opinion, the State Commission had not committed any irregularity or illegality in passing the impugned order, which requires any interference in exercise of our revisional jurisdiction.

        The Revision Petition is dismissed accordingly.
