                     None for JD No.1.

                     Shri Nitesh Singhi, Advocate, Counsel for JD No. 2.

         

          Today, the execution application is fixed for filing calculations by the DH/Complainant. At this stage, the DH/Complainant, by making a separate statement, has placed on record the mobile set J7 Galaxy Samsung i.e. the product in question for handing it over to JD No. 2 and has withdrawn the present execution application being fully satisfied.

          On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for the JD No. 2 has received the aforesaid mobile set.

          Heard. In view of the statement made by the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
