                        Today the execution application is fixed for appearance of Op No.1 against bailable warrants. At this stage, counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that he withdraws that present execution application being fully satisfied with the payment of decretal amount made by the Op/JD No.1 and 2 to the complainant/DH.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
