Present:       Complainant in person.                              

                   File put up today on the application filed by the applicant/complainant for withdrawal of the present complaint. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has settled the matter with the opposite party. So he does not want to proceed with the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made above,  present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and settled before ‘GrahakMadhyasthaSamadhan’.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
