ORDER

     Sh.Deepanjit Singh has appeared as authorized representative of OP and filed copy of his authority letter in the form of resolution.

     Counsel for complainant has placed on file copy of settlement deed dated 01.06.2022 and stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and prayed for withdrawal of the present complaint. His statement to this effect has been recorded on the previous order sheet. In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
