2.      The Branch Manager, Omaxe Ltd. Branch Office, Omaxe Happy Homes, Rohtak.

                    File taken up today on the miscellaneous application No.190 of 2022 filed on behalf of applicant-complainant for early hearing and withdrawal of the present complaint.

2.                Learned counsel for complainant made a statement that the matter has been settled between the parties, so he does not wants to pursue further with the present complaint and he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by learned counsel for complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and miscellaneous application No.476 of 2022 is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the records.
