Counsel for the complainants has filed rejoinder, which is taken on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to the Counsel opposite.
At the time of arguments, matter has amicably been settled between the parties.
It is undertaken by Sh. Rajan Mehndiratta, complainant No.1, who is present in Court, that the last installment and the amount payable towards the increased area and other dues, including taxes, except the amount payable at the time of registration of sale deed, shall be paid without interest to the Opposite Parties within four months from today.
It is stated by Sh. Munish Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Parties that the amount due including taxes shall be accepted without interest and when the amount is deposited with the Opposite Parties, from that date, possession will be delivered positively within one month. It is also agreed that in case, there is any dispute regarding any payment, the complainants may be at liberty to file a-fresh complaint after making deposit of amount claimed and getting possession of the flat.
In the above-said terms, this complaint stands disposed of.
Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
