                Cost of Rs.1500/- has been paid to the complainant.

2.                Counsel  for Opposite Party No.1 ensures that he will deposit the cost of Rs.1500/- in the Consumer Legal Aid Account today itself.

3.                Counsel  for Opposite Party No.1 has filed his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 

4.                Reply and evidence by way of affidavit of Sh.Dheeraj Sharma, Authorised Representative of Omaxe Chandigarh Extension Developers Private Limited alongwith copies of certain documents have been filed by Counsel  for Opposite Party No.1, which are taken on record. Copies of the same have been supplied to the complainant.

5.                At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled. Counsel  for Opposite Party No.1 has handed over a cheque bearing No.534909 dated 18.01.2016 for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the complainant. Photocopy of the cheque has been placed on record.  It is further agreed between the parties that towards full and final settlement of all disputes between them, Opposite Party No.1 will pay an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- to the complainant within one month from today through demand draft.

6.                In view of above, this matter stands disposed of.

7.                Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.

8.                File be consigned to record room, after completion.
